At Elvera, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of any Elvera product, simply contact us at support@tryelvera.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll refund you in full—no return required in most cases.
Important Notes:
✅ Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product
✅ Limited to one refund per product type per customer
✅ Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable
✅ For orders of 2 or more units, we may request that unopened items be returned to process your refund. In these cases, Elvera will cover the return shipping
✅ If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies
Refunds for Recurring Subscription Orders
Subscription (auto-ship) orders are NOT eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
As detailed in our Terms and Conditions (Section 3.3), second and subsequent subscription orders are not eligible for refunds unless:

You cancelled your subscription at least 24 hours before the shipment date but were charged anyway due to our error
Limited Refund Conditions for Subscription Orders:
We offer refunds for subscription orders only under the following strict conditions:
✅ Unopened items only
✅ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
✅ Shipping costs are non-refundable
To request a refund for an unopened subscription order, email support@tryelvera.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
BY CONTINUING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEYOND THE FIRST ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE TRIED AND APPROVED THE PRODUCT AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO REFUND FOR OPENED SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate order cancellations. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
While we will make every effort to stop your order before it ships, please note that our team works quickly to ensure timely delivery, and we cannot guarantee that cancellations will be possible once an order has been processed in our system.
Cancellation Fee
A $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@tryelvera.com.
You do not need to return the damaged item—we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with our refund policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Please note: If you exchange your product, the 30-day money-back guarantee no longer applies to that product.
Shipping Costs
✅ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error in your order or the product arrived damaged/defective
✅ If a return is approved for a multi-unit first-time purchase order, Elvera may cover return shipping for unopened items
✅ For all other returns (including subscription orders), return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Return Instructions
To initiate a return:

We'll provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label

Items must be sent back to the address provided
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:

It generally takes 5-10 business days to process your refund

Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

❌ Expedited shipping fees
❌ Package loss warranty or shipping protection fees
❌ Priority order processing fees
❌ Gift cards or orders placed using gift cards
❌ Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable"
❌ Opened second or subsequent subscription orders
Holiday Delivery Notice
Due to high holiday demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after December 1st.
Please order early to avoid delays.

Elvera reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website at tryelvera.com/policies/refund-policy.
It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
